    Tell your story

Phakamani For Social Welfare was founded with a heartfelt commitment to stand alongside children, families, and communities facing adversity. What began as small acts of support has grown into a trusted movement of hope, education, and empowerment.

From the very beginning, we have walked with children and families — listening to their stories, offering encouragement, and providing practical tools that restore dignity and strengthen relationships. Central to our mission is victim empowerment, ensuring that survivors of abuse and violence are not only protected but also supported in reclaiming their confidence and rebuilding their lives.

Every programme we deliver is guided by compassion, resilience, and respect for cultural identity. We believe that lasting transformation begins at home, and when families are uplifted, entire communities flourish.

    Our Mission

At Phakamani For Social Welfare, we exist to protect children, uplift families, and strengthen communities throughout the Western Cape. Our goal is to provide safe and supportive spaces where parents and children can grow together through education, counseling, and social programmes. With compassion and resilience at the heart of our work, we aim to restore dignity, inspire hope, and build stronger foundations for generations to come.
